By engaging Olive CAD Design Agency for services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Olive CAD Design Agency ("the Agency") and the client ("the Client").
2. Services
- 2.1 The Agency agrees to provide CAD design services as described in the project proposal and agreed upon by both parties.
- 2.2 The Client shall provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback required for the project in a timely manner.
3. Payment and Invoicing
- 3.1 Payment terms and fees shall be outlined in the project proposal or a separate agreement.
- 3.2 The Client agrees to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.
- 3.3 Late payments may result in project delays and additional fees.
4. Intellectual Property
- 4.1 The Client shall have ownership of the final CAD design files upon full payment of all fees.
- 4.2 Olive CAD Design Agency retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
- 5.1 Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential unless otherwise required by law.
- 5.2 The Client's confidential information shall be protected by Olive CAD Design Agency.
6. Project Timeline
- 6.1 The project timeline shall be outlined in the project proposal and is subject to change based on mutual agreement.
7. Revisions and Changes
- 7.1 Olive CAD Design Agency shall provide a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal.
- 7.2 Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed-upon scope may result in additional fees.
8. Termination
- 8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations.
- 8.2 In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for any completed work and expenses incurred by Olive CAD Design Agency.
9. Liability
- 9.1 Olive CAD Design Agency shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the project.
10. Governing Law
